Piece of Cake Bakery and Moxie Java Retail Store:

In 1992, the first Midwest Moxie Java coffee store was opened at the West Acres mall in Fargo, ND. Over the next four years, owner Nancy Nerland opened five more Moxie Java stores and in 1996, she purchased Piece of Cake to be the primary bakery for the coffee stores.

Piece of Cake is located in our historic downtown Fargo Moxie Java coffee and boutique retail store.
